Standards for Cosmetics

This standard makes clear that Ingredients of cosmetics including any impurities contained therein shall not contain anything that any cause infection or that otherwise makes the use cosmetics a potential hazard. It also includes two lists: negative list (prohibition of inclusion of ingredients other than preservatives, UV absorbers and tar colors) and positive list (Limitation of inclusion of preservatives, UV absorbers, tar colors and other ingredients).
