These implementation rules are formulated pursuant to Article 34 of the Statute for Control of Cosmetic Hygiene and gives clear details of the compliance requirements for manufacturer and importer.
(Article 34 The enforcement rules of the Statute shall be prescribed by the central competent health authorities)
